1. We will send your product(s) for delivery on the same working day for payments that are received before 12pm weekdays(except public holiday). Payments that are received after 12pm - the products will be sending out on the next working day. Orders & payments that are received on Sunday or public holiday will be process on the following working day.
2. Stocks availability is based on first payment first served
3. Our manufacturer & AKeies have strict QC processess to the products before sending out. Products that are sending out are confirmed in good conditions and all sealed. We are sorry that we are unable to accept returned products.
4. The color of actual products may be different from the color shown in the pictures due to lighting during photo shooting or computer resolution
